Anglers fishing Lake Shawn can look forward to catching small and largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, golden trout, rainbow trout, brown trout and large hybrid striped bass. All fishing is catch and release. We do not allow fishing from boats after dark but you can fish for large channel catfish from the shore while enjoying a campfire, the stars and lots of howling coyotes.
